Président Les Clefs d'Or France

Originally from Strasbourg in the eastern part of France, I was quickly attracted to Paris, the “City of Light”, and began my hotel career in 2000 as a bellman at the Hotel Ambassador, Paris (Where Pierre Quentin, founding father of Les Clefs d’Or, officiated back in the late twenties when creating the association).

I immediately developed a love for the profession of being a Hotel Concierge and officially became a Concierge in 2005.

My first hotel opening happened in 2009 at the Renaissance Arc de Triomphe, Paris as the Assistant Chef Concierge and in 2010, I would reach a milestone in my career by being able to wear my Golden Keys with great pride.

I open a second hotel in 2011 as Premier Concierge and a team trainer at the Mandarin Oriental Paris. After a short stint in Switzerland at the Four Seasons in Geneva, in 2012, I became Chef Concierge of the Auberge du Jeu de Paume, Chantilly, Relais & Châteaux located in the heart of the Chantilly Domaine.

In 2017, I organized the French National Congress and the privatization of the Château de Chantilly as well as the Great Stables of the Domain of Chantilly for a memorable Gala. The same year, I joined the educational committee of UICH for the organization of the educational programs of the international congresses of Seoul in 2018 and Cannes in 2019 (this time as co-chairman of this committee).

In 2019, I became the new Président of Les Clefs d’Or France (anniversary of the section for their 90th anniversary) and participated in the success of the Cannes Congress in 2019 like all the members involved in this International Congress.

I have recently been elected as President of the French section for a mandate of 3 years until Spring 2022.

In 2019, I also joined the UICH Executive Committee as the representative of the International President in Paris.

In 2020, I joined the UICH Membership Committee and was an integral part of the control and vigilance of the values of the association Les Clefs d’Or.

Being part of Les Clefs d’Or is my passion and I am totally devoted to delivering the utmost satisfaction to our guests during their stay at our hotel.
